From the outside, Ullevi looks every bit the cosy Swedish country house: a dark grey façade, white-trimmed windows, an inviting veranda with steps and a red tile roof. The house sits quietly at the edge of the forest in Totebo, with no neighbours in sight.
Balcony on the upper floor
Upstairs, a balcony opens onto a view of the garden and the surrounding trees — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Old apple trees and plenty of room to sit
The large garden is lined with old apple trees and offers plenty of seating — from the breakfast table in the shade to a sunny spot on the lawn. Matilda, the tame cow from next door, occasionally drops by too.
120 m² across several levels
The house spans a basement, ground floor and a converted attic with a second TV room — 120 m² in total for up to six guests, across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
